Surgical treatment approach of patients with a complicated form of the diverticular disease in combination with colon cancer

The aim was to make a retrospective analysis of the results surgical treatment patients with complicated diverticular disease in combination colon cancer. We analyzed retrospectively medical data 206 who underwent for period 1998–2018. Among them, 26 still had malignant neoplasms colon. diagnoses were established using instrumental diagnostic methods (colonic contrast enema and colonoscopy) confirmed by intraoperative findings histological analysis. At same time, all operations performed, despite cancer location forms, oncological principles observed prevalence inflammatory process taken into account.
